Summary / Objective

Family-owned and operated for five generations, Stauffer Glove & Safety, a distributor in the safety and PPE products industry is looking for a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Driver to join our team in Rocky Mount, NC .

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated with a strong customer focus. Responsible for delivering, stocking, and inventory of Customer’s Vending and / or Vendor Managed Inventory. The duties include generating product orders, taking notes on issues and existing products, and managing vending machine and / or vendor managed inventory. All notes taken are channeled to the appropriate Stauffer Team Member. At the discretion of the Warehouse Manager, this position will also perform picking, packing, shipping, and receiving duties in the Stauffer warehouse.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. Shift times are based on business needs and specific to each branch location.

Essential Functions

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m.; overtime may be required. Local daily travel and a valid DOT medical certification is a requirement of this position.
