Solid Waste Operations Associate

The Solid Waste Operations Associate determines incoming waste composition, volumes, and weights to assess and collect appropriate fees and performs support functions required for the operation of the Springfield Sanitary Landfill, Yardwaste Recycling Center, and other Solid Waste Facilities as required. This position will also serve in an important customer service role with our community members.

Experience, Education, and Training

• One year of experience in scale operation; OR General record keeping work experience with an emphasis on public contact.
