Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required

Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
