Description
- Possess a technical background with retail systems and understands retail and e-commerce processes.
- Analyze business needs and create IT concepts for new processes and solutions.
- Resolve application, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support retail business processes focused on front- and backend applications.
- Participate in international IT projects related to retail.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and support retail business processes.Gather and document business requirements and process changes.Integrate and implement new processes into existing systems.Support formal testing for system modifications and fixes.Manage and monitor system communication interfaces.Create and edit training documentation.Provide end-user and internal training.Qualifications
5 years' experience in similar roles.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to internal customers and IT management.Experience in supporting and configuring retail point of service systems.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.Willingness to occasionally travel internationally with a valid passport.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Core Technologies
