Pay Rate : $19.10 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Fri11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including interior and exterior areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as directed by site protocols.

Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and emergency responders to provide assistance and relay important information.

Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
