Staff Salesforce Developer

What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead technical design reviews and ensure best practices for security, performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions aligned with GTM strategy.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and systems like NetSuite, Workato (for automation / orchestration), Marketo, Logisense (billing), and internal Fastly systems.
• Drive engineering best practices — including code review standards, and automated testing — to ensure high-quality releases.
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers , providing technical leadership and code review feedback.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks , ensuring the platform is optimized for scale and data integrity.
• Continuously improve documentation , internal technical knowledge, and operational processes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies , release planning, and deployment activities as part of our SDLC.

Salary :

The estimated salary range for this position is $195,720.00 - $234,864.00.

Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity and discretionary bonus programs.
