Who we are

Cosmos Labs is the core team driving development and growth of the Cosmos blockchain ecosystem, Cosmos technology stack, and the Cosmos Hub. Cosmos powers the largest network of vertically integrated Layer 1 blockchains in the world : 200+ blockchains use the Cosmos Stack in production.

At Cosmos Labs, we are responsible for developing new software and products for the Cosmos Stack and its customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, growing the adoption of our Stack, and fostering the community of independent builders and end users in the Cosmos blockchain ecosystem. We focus on hiring the core team and senior talent to work together in person in NYC and Berlin to build a collaborative and supportive culture. We are open to hiring best-in-class remote talent anywhere within 6 hours of the NYC timezone.

    Description

    We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, B2B Enterprise Solutions, to help develop a developer marketing strategy to grow the market share of Cosmos' blockchain platform, including the Cosmos Stack and the professional services and infrastructure platform around it. They will do so via messaging development, marketing campaign creation and execution, and competitive research / targeting.

    This candidate must be familiar with enterprise and B2B-oriented marketing, particularly in the software and professional services field, with experience marketing towards institutional, Fortune500, and global financial enterprises; and building lead acquisition funnels for these segments, collaborating deeply with the business development and product team to drive leads in our priority customer segments.

    Our ideal candidate is technical and not afraid to dive into complex technologies to translate their value proposition into campaigns. They deeply care about connecting products to users and understanding the voice of the customer. This role is public-facing and will work with the sales and product teams to research, understand, and sell to our key target audiences, crafting positioning and messaging for them. This role will have access to vendors and will own resources and budgets for lead acquisition and / or content production.

    Role

  • Develop and recommend product marketing strategy across multiple products to help shape campaign, product direction, messaging, and priority markets.
  • Simplify complex concepts into engaging stories that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike, building marketing and sales enablement resources.
  • Own the lead funnel design, and develop acquisition-driven campaigns to promote Cosmos' products, generate interest, and bring new enterprise-qualified leads to the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate the pipeline of product content and resources, creating messaging guidelines, content pieces, and standardized product-to-user / partner communications (i.e. product updates).
  • Drive competitive intelligence for product and marketing, conducting market intelligence, and owning competitive research.
  • Execute targeted / competitive-driven campaigns to generate awareness of our products in the competitor's market, and capture opportunities there.
  • Qualifications : Required :

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise and B2B product marketing, preferably in enterprise software / technology.
  • Medium to expert knowledge of enterprise sales and marketing lead funnels.
  • Entry-level knowledge of blockchain, blockchain infrastructure, and the industry as a whole.
  • Marketing and multi-media creative experience (video, image, audio).
  • Experience managing and coordinating providers.
  • Experience managing marketing tooling and data reporting / analytics tools.
  • Portfolio of high-impact product marketing campaigns or releases.
  • Confident and fluent in English, confident as a public speaker.
  • Technically confident, highly passionate about emerging technologies.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and independence.
  • Bonus :

  • Strong social media presence and / or connections in relevant industries (i.e. finance, media).
  • Proven experience leading B2B / enterprise funnels.
  • Deeply familiar with the crypto ecosystem and landscape.
