Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll engage directly with customers in-person, build relationships, and educate them on the benefits of our auto glass replacement and repair services. You’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions on top of a guaranteed base pay all while representing a respected and trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers face-to-face in community events, retail locations, and approved territories
• Educate customers on damage severity, insurance options, and repair / replacement solutions
• Drive awareness of NuVision Auto Glass product offerings
• Generate new leads and close same-day sales opportunities
• Document customer information and schedule appointments
• Represent the company professionally with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Meet and exceed weekly / monthly sales goals
