As a Customer Specialist, you will step into the role of a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring their needs are met smoothly and efficiently. This role is Remote within Geography and will be required to go on-site two days per week to the local office. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving any issues or concerns related to parts or equipment, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality solutions. With a keen eye for detail, your responsibilities will encompass processing customer orders, promptly addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and drive future sales. A successful Customer Specialist has a solid understanding of product offerings, achieves sales goals, and takes responsibility for the order management processes.

Where is the work :

This position has been designated as Remote within Geography and work will be performed onsite 2 days each week at the local office.

Compensation : Base Salary : Starts at $52,000 and up based on experience, is OT eligible and will include an incentive plan. Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
