Experience as PeopleSoft Functional / Technical consultant implementing Absence Management and Payroll

Plan & lead implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 Absence Management with Payroll integration according to business requirements

Strong understanding of Fluid user interfaces for the PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM modules HR Payroll and Absence Management
Required
In-depth knowledge of the various functionalities within the PeopleSoft HCM modules
Required
Design develop and support application solutions to meet client requirements
Required
Analyze and design functional / technical solutions for PeopleSoft enhancements and continuous improvement
Required
Translate end-user requirements into PeopleSoft-specific configurations and identify required customizations
Required
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Required
Provide technical support in design development testing and deployment of PeopleSoft applications
Required
Implement change requests as per change management policies and procedures
Required
Review and recommend improvements to current PeopleSoft processes
Required
Coordinate with Project Manager to develop project plans and determine resource requirements
Required
Maintain project technical documentation for management review
Required
Provide production support for PeopleSoft applications and resolve problem tickets in a timely manner
Required
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for business users
Required
Work with the application development team to ensure technical solutions fit the business needs and overall architecture
Required
Document defects identified during testing work with application development teams to resolve them and retest the defects until resolved
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

Provide overall process assistance to the PeopleSoft development team
Required
Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities
Required
Help prioritize defects to be fixed using an understanding of the business requirements and the needs of the customer
