Role Description

The Creative Strategy & Marketing Operations Manager will be the key owner of the strategic creative execution process across paid and organic channels, working directly with and reporting to the Marketing Director. This is a hands-on role where you translate data and insights into winning creative briefs, manage vendor and creative team workflows, and translate strategic vision into winning creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy

Take overarching marketing strategy, data, insights, and opportunities and translate them into compelling, conversion-focused creative briefs for both paid and organic channels. You understand what makes creatives perform well — not just on creative metrics, but business metrics.

Process & Vendor Management

Be the orchestrator between our internal teams, external creative partners, media buyers, and agencies. Keep everyone on time, on task, and prioritized. Move things through revision cycles quickly without sacrificing quality.

Connect Strategy to Execution

Own the translation of annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic frameworks and goals into actionable projects and tasks for relevant teams. You see the big picture and break it into clear execution plans.

Creative Problem Solver : Take needs and issues to solve from product and business heads and find creative marketing and operational solutions.

Paid Media Fundamentals

Deep understanding of conversion funnel optimization—CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV—to inform strategy and creative direction across channels.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency, brand, or startup background preferred)
  • Proven expertise in paid media strategy and optimization required
  • Familiarity with Figma, Frame.io, Monday.com, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, Adobe
  • Strong creative strategy chops—you can brief creative teams with clarity and vision
  • Process-oriented mindset with excellent project management discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors without losing momentum
  • Analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving
  • Collaborative spirit who thrives in close partnership with leadership
