Litigation Attorney (General Liability)

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join a growing General Liability practice group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload involving personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and other tort-related claims. This position offers the opportunity to handle matters from initial case assessment through resolution in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of civil litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment and discovery motions.
• Analyze and evaluate claims, damages, and liability exposure for clients and insurers.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare detailed reports and case updates for insurance carriers and risk managers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop efficient litigation strategies and ensure consistent quality of work.
