Title : Associate Attorney

Compensation : $80-$90K + Hours Bonus + Discretionary Bonuses

Location : Onsite - Schaumburg, IL

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and commercial litigation, and will be responsible for representing clients in various legal matters. This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging cases and contribute to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and arbitration
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
• Assist in the discovery process, including document review and production
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in civil litigation laws
