Ensure the reliability of equipment with prompt repairsContribute to the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to reduce downtimeDiagnose and repair technical issues in equipmentMaintain and repair machinery and facility support structuresTest machinery for functionality and validate projectsCommit to safety protocols and guidelines, including Lock-out / Tag-outAdhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety standards, and OSHA guidelinesTroubleshoot and innovate solutions for PLC and plant systemsDocument tasks using software and communicate effectivelyAid in equipment transitions and troubleshoot related issuesManage part inventories and reorder processesEnsure top-tier product quality standardsParticipate in continuous improvement and innovation initiativesPerform maintenance on marine-grade boilers and water systemsAnalyze issues at the main electrical panelAdditional duties as assigned by management
