Area Lead, Workplace S&D (SEA)

Position Overview

The Area Lead for Workplace Snack & Drink supports day-to-day service and oversees multiple client locations within Just Fares workplace programs. This role balances hands-on service delivery with leadership responsibilities ensuring operational consistency, excellent hospitality, and smooth coordination between on-site teams and HQ. The Area Lead acts as the first point of contact for assigned client locations, supports Workplace Attendants, and ensures each site meets Just Fares standards for quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Program Oversight & Operations

• Perform the daily operational functions for multiple assigned client locations, ensuring service areas are stocked, clean, and aligned with Just Fare presentation standards.
• Hands on support in performing daily stocking, receiving, and inventory tasks for multiple sites as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, manage smallwares, and ensure FIFO rotation.
• Monitor product levels, place orders within budget, and communicate shortages or substitutions to HQ.
• Identify recurring operational issues or equipment needs and escalate promptly.
• Maintain consistency in service quality and sustainability practices across all assigned sites.

Schedule & Expectations

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with hours dependent on the service. You are responsible for managing your schedule, based on your shift availability, with your supervisor.

Compensation details : 25-28 Hourly Wage
