The Opportunity The Sr Program Manager will drive global training transformation by crafting the future workforce. This position, situated in the Strategy & Operations team, will take charge of developing scalable frameworks that redefine proficiencies, skill assessments, and global operating models. The successful candidate will contribute to establishing a robust foundation for a high-performing delivery team that supports Adobe's strategic vision for Premium Learning. What You'll Do
Lead the creation and refinement of job proficiency models that align with evolving business needs and support career progression. Design and implement tools and methodologies to assess current workforce capabilities, identify gaps, and inform targeted development plans. Develop and implement training plans that enable employees to grow into new roles, expand their abilities, and adapt to future workforce demands. Conduct internal and external research to inform role design, proficiency mapping, and workforce efficiency strategies. Define and document standard processes, workflows, and governance structures to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, reporting, and support transparency, onboarding, and continuous improvement across a global operating model. Architect and operationalize a unified delivery model that supports global consistency, agility, and excellence in training execution. Manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, using project management methods and tools to streamline operations and improve team efficiency. Partner with HR, Operations, Strategy, Delivery, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of workforce transformation initiatives. Support prioritization, talent planning, and succession strategies through data-driven organizational insights.
What You Need To Succeed
Over 10 years of experience in managing programs, planning strategically, and driving organizational change within business settings. Proven expertise in workforce transformation, including proficiency modeling, skills evaluation, and role architecture. Strong background in operational excellence and organizational efficiency, with a track record of driving scalable solutions. Led cross-functional initiatives and influenced without authority in matrixed global organizations. Proficiency in efficiency and workflow tools such as Power Apps, Workfront, and similar platforms. Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, prioritize effectively, and make informed decisions. Advanced documentation and governance capabilities to support scalable, repeatable processes and onboarding. Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator engagement skills across diverse teams and leadership levels. Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, translating strategic vision into actionable execution.
