Join Our Team as an Electromechanical Automation Specialist

Overview : Are you ready to take charge of automation systems? This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining cutting-edge equipment in our Thermo Department. As an Electromechanical Automation Specialist, you'll ensure that our systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Your Daily Mission :

  • Diagnose and Fix : Identify technical issues and apply your skills to rectify them.
  • Maintain and Setup : Conduct regular maintenance and setup of automation gear.
  • Optimize Operations : Use computer systems to generate reports and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Work Collaboratively : Support maintenance and production teams, providing guidance as necessary.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Hourly Rate : $35.55-$42.64, with weekly pay and potential annual increases.
  • Bonuses : Monthly incentives tied to plant productivity, plus referral bonuses.
  • Growth Opportunities : Eligible for skill-based salary enhancements.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience : 3+ years in the plastics industry as an automation technician.
  • Skills : Advanced mechanical, electrical, and PLC programming abilities.
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Tools : Own tools and know-how to use them safely.
