Position : Entry Level Event Coordinator
Location : NEW ORLEANS, LA
Schedule : Weekends Off
Salary : $23.50 - $28.50 per hour
Job Description : Pattern Promotions is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, from concept to completion.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the day of the event.
- Maintain event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
