Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in retail commercial energy
3+ years of experience managing a B2B sales team, preferably in the energy sector
Experience with energy markets such as NYISO, ERCOT, or similar
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated experience in fostering a collaborative team culture
