Program Delivery Director

A company is looking for a Program Delivery Director who will lead technology initiatives and manage enterprise programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Directs and manages various enterprise technology programs and projects throughout their lifecycle

Defines, tracks, and communicates project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Identifies and resolves risks, issues, and conflicts related to program and project delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred

Process Management / Improvement (Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent)

Organizational Change Management (ADKAR certification or equivalent)

Program / Project Management (PMI certification or equivalent)

Minimum of 12 years of related experience with specific Banking as a Service experience
