In this role, you will operate our pump truck, educate customers about their septic and cesspool systems, and provide effective solutions. No prior experience is necessary – we offer comprehensive training for all new hires. A CDL Class B (or A) license is required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive and operate a pump truck to service residential and commercial septic and cesspool systems.
• Arrive punctually at customers' homes or businesses and conduct thorough inspections of septic systems.
• Educate customers about their septic and cesspool systems, explaining any issues and offering appropriate solutions.
• Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with the office team.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
