Impact Property Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will partner with, and ensure the long-term success, of our customers. The Business Development Manager must become fluent in all products the company represents and promote company strategic direction to increase sales and generate revenue and profit.
Business Development Manager Duties and Responsibilities

- Build new client relationships through media, industry contacts, industry events, networking, and other sources.
- Demonstrate, establish, and grow a deep knowledge base of the critical components of estimating bidding that are drawn upon and expected of the role during presentation to clients and representation in the construction community.
- Maintain and grow list of clients and industry contacts
- Lead and participate in the creation of responses of RFQs, RFPs, and informal proposals for both public and private projects
- Regularly attend industry events and trade shows. Look for opportunities to serve on panels, be an industry leader and offer opportunities to include fellow employees in networking activities
- Prepare and present company capabilities and relevant cost and material data to new clients, brokerage firms and other group settings.
- Effectively communicate and manage estimating expectations and schedule to multifamily teams
- Facilitate the creation, negotiation, delivery, review, revision and execution of the material bid process.
- Develop creative sales and marketing strategies to present and win new and existing customers
- Track sales pipeline in a CRM
- Meet with the business development counterparts on a regular basis to ensure department and company goals are met
- Maintain and report on cold-calling activities at the management company level and the property level
- Communicate with clients to ensuring they are satisfied, ultimately acting as a company resource to create a customer for life

Education and Work Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is preferredMinimum 3 year's sales / business development experience required.Multifamily sales and networking highly preferredStrong knowledge of Flooring and Countertop Fabrication industry preferred.Benefits
