Paid Media Coordinator
Location : 7 Hudson Square, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10013 (Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Rate : Up to $35 / - $42.00 / hour (Dependent on experience)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Position Summary
The Paid Media Coordinator will support the Growth Marketing Platforms team in the strategy, execution, and optimization of innovative media campaigns across programmatic CTV and digital audio.
This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs), campaign reporting, and emerging paid media technologies, providing a solid foundation in data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization within DSPs such as DV360, Yahoo DSP, and Amazon DSP
- Support day-to-day campaign management including creative trafficking, audience segmentation, flighting, and reporting
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, escalating pacing or tracking issues as needed
- Compile and analyze campaign performance data for optimization and post-campaign reporting
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors on pilot campaigns and emerging media initiatives
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers, budgets, and documentation to ensure smooth execution
- Stay up to date with programmatic innovations, ad formats, and targeting advancements
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in media buying, planning, or campaign management (agency or in-house)Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data reporting, and budget management)Familiarity with key digital media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, completion rate, etc.)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsCurious, proactive, and collaborative mindset.Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on exposure to paid media or programmatic campaignsCompletion of a 3–6 month marketing or media internshipInterest in programmatic advertising, CTV, and emerging digital channels.Education
