Pay Range : $75,000 - $125,000

Position Summary :

Our well-established personal injury law firm with offices in Louisville, Kentucky, and Jeffersonville, Indiana, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, a passion for advocating on behalf of clients, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and other injury-related claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
• Stay current with changes in laws and legal trends relevant to personal injury law.
