Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback to support their growth
Guide leaders through performance management processes and deliver training on People policies
Collaborate with teams to develop programs that enhance talent attraction, retention, and engagement
Required Qualifications
6+ years of HR / People experience, with 2-4 years in a Business Partner role
Hands-on experience with performance management and employee relations in high-growth environments
Strong project and change management skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states
Experience in a tech start-up, preferably with global teams
