Job Summary
The Business Development Vice President (West) will lead a team focused on driving growth by acquiring high value, strategically aligned customers. This role builds go-to-market strategies, forges executive-level relationships, and secures long-term contracts with customers significant in volume and operational importance. The ideal candidate is a high-impact sales leader with a proven ability to close impactful deals, navigate the customer sales cycles, and scale a high-performing sales team. This position will support the following states : AK | AZ | CA | CO | ID | MT | NM | NV | OK | OR | TX | UT | WA | WY.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for acquiring a large volume of customers.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers in target accounts.
Work with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align messaging, product-market fit, pricing, and handoff processes.
Leverage CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. A strong record of driving results in fast-paced sales environments and delivering against aggressive goals. Expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, and consultative selling. Confidence using sales data and analytics to manage pipeline, improve margins, and forecast results. A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Pricing, Operations). Proficiency in DRIVE and major CRM platforms. Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position is $165,540.00 / year to $233,760.00 / year. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education / training, and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and / or company performance.
