System Executive Medical Director of Neurosciences.

neurology, neurosurgery, stroke, and PM&R

8 hospitals and 600+ care sites

in Western and Northern New York.

What Success Looks Like :

Unified stroke workflows and regional access expansion

Recruitment of key subspecialists to meet demand

Telestroke and Teleneuro program growth

Consistent experience for patients across urban, suburban, and rural settings

Qualifications :

MD or DO; Board Certified in

Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R

Proven system-level leadership in an academic or integrated health system

Strategic, collaborative, relationship-driven

Clinical component approximately

40% , adjustable depending on specialty and interest

Compensation : Neurology base :

$500,000-$600,000

Neurosurgery base :

$1,200,000-$1,400,000
