At Spotlight, its our mission to create and sustain successful analyst relations (AR) programs for our clients. Spotlights technology team plays a key role in creating and sustaining our proprietary tech platform, Spotlight Oz, which helps us track these programs effectively. As an intern, you will be working closely with the technology team to help create new features and support the user experience.

To be successful as an intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. Your work will be focused specifically on the Oz team where you will get a chance to immerse yourself in the area of software development. You will receive a basic understanding of analyst relations and be involved in a few cross-team collaboration projects for an even broader view of the impact on Spotlights work.

Following the completion of the program and evaluated performance, interns may have the opportunity to continue part-time or full-time employment.

Intern Responsibilities :

• Assist the development team with back and front-end coding, testing, and debugging
• Gain exposure to the following tech stack : PostgreSQL, Node, Javascript, Typescript, React, Github, Jira
• Grow an understanding of a full product lifecycle
