As a Full Time Front of House Team Member, you are more than a cashier or a server; you are a creator of memorable moments - you'll be essential in providing that genuine Southern Hospitality and the McAlister's Touch that keeps our guests coming back. You'll guide guests through their dining experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave. We believe in a supportive team environment where everyone helps each other succeed.

Reports To :  Shift Leader / Assistant Manager / Assistant General Manager / General Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Embody Our Hospitality Philosophy : Be the face of our "Genuine Connection is the Main Ingredient" culture, using your empathy and personality to transform a simple meal into a special experience for our guests.
• Guest Interaction & Ordering :

◦Warmly greet every guest with a  positive and friendly attitude .

◦Accurately take guest orders in person or by phone, using our Point of Sale (POS) system.

◦ Confidently guide guests through the menu, making helpful suggestions and suggestively selling beverages, sides, and desserts to enhance their meal.

◦Handle guest payments accurately, including cash handling procedures.

◦Deliver food and drink orders to guests efficiently and courteously, confirming accuracy.

◦ Provide ongoing, attentive service in the dining room, such as refilling drinks and checking on guest satisfaction.

◦ Maintain cleanliness  and organization in the dining room and guest areas, including cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms.

◦Perform cleaning and sidework duties as assigned by management.

◦Work effectively with other team members in both the front and back of house to ensure a smooth operation.

◦Be ready to  multitask  and assist where needed, especially during busy periods.
