Job descriptionMeaningful work that makes a difference every day. Supportive team environment. Opportunity for growth and training in senior care and activities programming. High school diploma or equivalent (some college in recreation therapy, social work, or related field preferred). Must be able available to work weekends Experience working with seniors or in long-term care a plus. Friendly, energetic, and patient with strong communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents (lifting up to 25 lbs).

What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and leading group and individual activities (recreational, social, and therapeutic).
- Encourage resident participation and provide companionship.
- Help transport residents safely to and from activities.
- Support seasonal and special events (decorations, celebrations, etc.).
- Document participation and resident responses.
- Maintain activity supplies and safe, welcoming activity spaces.
