Billing Advocate

A company is looking for a Billing Advocate to provide specialized case management, advocacy, and education to members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned member caseload with a focus on enhancing the member experience and engagement

Coordinate and resolve elevated member issues with urgency while acting as the main point of contact

Facilitate communication among members, clients, and legal representatives to ensure timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions

Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments is a plus
