Position Overview

The Regional Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting two high-performing plastic surgery and med-spa practices by coordinating daily marketing operations, creating compelling digital content, and ensuring a seamless patient experience across all brand touchpoints.

This role translates brand vision into measurable growth-driving engagement, increasing visibility, and supporting patient acquisition through strong social media execution, content creation, local marketing initiatives, and digital performance tracking.

The ideal candidate is creative yet analytical, comfortable capturing photo / video in clinical environments, and confident managing multiple digital platforms while collaborating with surgeons, practice leaders, and the national marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including Reels, Stories, TikTok-style videos, carousels, and educational posts.
• Maintain and update Google Business Profiles for both practices, ensuring accurate information, high-quality imagery, and consistent posting to improve local search performance.
• Capture, edit, and organize high-quality photo and video content, including procedure B-roll, before / after assets, patient testimonials, and provider spotlights.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure content is medically accurate, brand-aligned, and approved for publication.
• Implement and support paid social campaigns by coordinating assets, tracking performance, and reporting results.
