Join a dynamic team as the Senior Financial Executive, where you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future. We are looking for a highly experienced financial leader with a solid background in mergers and acquisitions, strategic financial planning, and operational excellence. In this pivotal position, you will lead the company's financial strategy, oversee all financial operations, and be a driving force behind M&A initiatives, including due diligence, valuation, integration planning, and execution.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with executive leadership and the board, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, managing stakeholder relationships, and building a high-performing finance team that drives results. Ideal applicants will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA preferred and a CPA certification highly advantageous.

To thrive in this role, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including previous positions as a CFO or VP of Finance. We value candidates who have demonstrated success in leading mergers and acquisitions, a strong understanding of corporate finance and capital markets, and experience within mid-to-large sized organizations, particularly in investor-backed or private equity environments. Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
