Job descriptionBase Salary : $25K-$35K First-Year Potential : $55K-$75K+ Uncapped Commissions + Warm Leads (no cold calling) Flexibility to run your own schedule and build your territory Meet customers, create accurate project estimates, and manage jobs start to finish Deliver great service that drives referrals and repeat business Represent our brand at appointments, networking groups, and community events Track and follow up on leads to consistently hit (and exceed) goals Hungry, self-motivated salespeople who want to own their success Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math / computer skills and reliable transportation Willingness to learn and grow Uncapped earning potential Paid vacation & holidays Laptop / tablet, phone, branded gear provided Paid membership in a local networking group Ongoing training & career growth opportunities All 360 Painting locations are independently owned and operated.
