Position : Full Time (40 hours / week) Member Service Representative Lead

Location : Sparta Office

As the Member Service Representative Lead, you'll be at the heart of our Sparta Branch Operations. As the lead some of your responsibilities will be :

• Mentor and support Member Service Representative-provide guidance, coaching, and training.
• Serve as a go-to resource for addressing complex or escalated member issues with professionalism and care.
• Handle opening accounts, processing transactions, and recommending credit union products and services in a manner consistent with our policies.
