Job description

Development Analyst Associate

Leading residential developer in Charlotte looking to add a Senior Analyst or Associate to their development team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for someone with 2-5 years of experience who's eager to learn the full development lifecycle and grow into a Development Manager position.

Responsibilities include :

  • Support the analysis and evaluation of real estate development opportunities.
  • Prepare financial models and conduct market research to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and identify solutions for challenges.

A successful Development Analyst / Associate should have :

  • A background in real estate, finance, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Carolinas residential market(s) a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
