The Associate Staffing Consultant helps with hiring by finding, screening, and coordinating candidates for our company. This job works with internal teams to make sure that talent is placed on time and successfully, which helps the business reach its goals and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Help with the entire hiring process, from posting jobs to finding candidates, screening them, and interviewing them.
To understand staffing needs and requirements, build and keep relationships with candidates and clients.
Use a variety of ways to find candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and recommendations from current employees.
Set up and coordinate interviews with candidates for clients and people inside the company.
Do background checks, reference checks, and checks to see if someone is eligible to work.
Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) records correct and up to date.
Help get proposals, contracts, and onboarding documents ready and send them out.
Throughout the hiring process, make sure to communicate with candidates and clients in a timely and professional way.
Stay up to date on industry trends, pay scales, and how your competitors do business.

Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in hiring, staffing, or human resources (internship experience counts).
Good at talking to people, organizing things, and working with others.
The ability to handle many tasks at once in a busy setting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Being detail-oriented and very professional and private.
A customer service mindset and a proactive way of solving problems.
