Description

We are looking for a skilled ADP Data Extraction Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will focus on extracting, transforming, and integrating data to support HR and payroll operations. This position is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams while enhancing your technical expertise.

Responsibilities :

Extract and transform data from ADP systems to facilitate integration into Workday.

Develop and maintain scripts using tools such as Python or PowerShell to automate repetitive workflows.

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data throughout the extraction and integration processes.

Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to address reporting and system integration needs.

Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions to optimize systems.

Maintain and enhance database configurations to support ongoing operational requirements.

Monitor and improve processes to streamline data management workflows.

Document workflows, procedures, and scripts to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration or data analytics.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

Strong knowledge of ADP systems and data structures.

Experience with Workday HRIS and Workday integration processes.

Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and database configuration management.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues effectively.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
