Position Title : Senior Project Engineer

Location : St. Charles, MO

Position Summary : The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing large projects from conceptual phase, through 3D CAD modeling, fabrication drawings, and shop support. This role requires effective project planning using Gantt charts and strong ability self-prioritize to duties to meet tight project deadlines.

Working under the general direction of the Director of Engineering, the Senior Project Engineer will also be responsible for developing and executing mid to short-term plans resulting in process improvements and standardizations. Additionally, this role will serve as a technical reference for sales and estimating, and assist with departmental training and mentorship.
