Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Director of Human Resources. In this position, you will be responsible for enforcing and administering company policies and ensuring company practices are compliant with all laws and regulations affecting human resources activities. What You'll Do :

• Employee Relations & Compliance – Ensure fair and consistent HR practices, maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Strategic HR Leadership – Partner with resort leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, compensation / benefits strategy, and initiatives that support guest service excellence and business goals.
• Talent Management & Development – Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent across all resort departments.
