Human Resources Generalist

Hyper Solutions is a digital infrastructure and electrical hardware manufacturer, specializing in mission-critical power systems for hyperscale, AI, and colocation data center operators. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations while driving full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role will combine traditional HR generalist responsibilities such as employee relations, compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR policy support with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
