Overview
Flex Year Round. This position is responsible for the daily operations of a full-service, high-volume restaurant and bar. The Restaurant Manager consistently leads by example and is frequently immersed in operations to best support the team in all environments. This role works closely with the culinary lead(s) to ensure an efficient food service operation and the highest quality dining experience. The Restaurant Manager displays sound decision making, exceptional communication skills, takes initiative and follow-through, while actively contributing to and fostering a positive work culture in a fast-paced environment. This is a benefit-eligible Flex Year-Round position with an annual salary range of $55,000 - $63,000.

Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations to ensure optimal guest and employee satisfaction.Proficient in all operational roles and actively supports direct reports.Independently seek solutions and collaborate with peers and leadership to improve operations.Manage revenue, labor and COGS consistently.Serve as primary contact for booked entertainment; coordinate lodging and food accommodations prior to events; ensure contracts and internal events calendar are up to date.Work closely with culinary leads to perform regular quality checks and execute menu changes per review and approval processes.Maintain all food & beverage menus and related promotional materials and signage in-house.Edit, approve and manage timecards daily, in compliance with payroll guidelines and deadlines.Conduct monthly audits of Department of Liquor Control certifications for applicable team members.Implement and train staff on required procedures.Create weekly schedules aligned with business levels and budgets; publish and communicate to the team in a timely manner.Maintain overall maintenance of equipment, furniture, appliances, etc. indoors and outdoors; submit work orders as needed.Ensure inventory counts are accurate and submitted to Inventory Management System; coordinate with Warehouse Manager on transfers when needed.Actively recruit, coach and support all team members to ensure optimal employee experience and guest service.Participate in required training and meetings by deadlines.Additional duties as assigned.Education & Experience
High School Diploma, or equivalent requiredExperience
1+ years leadership experience managing high-volume restaurant / barBartending & serving experience required; OpenTable / reservations management experience preferred; Food Expeditor experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProven track record in creating and maintaining a courteous, friendly, professional team environmentForward thinking with a willingness to adapt, learn and take on new responsibilitiesQualifications, Knowledge, Skill And Ability

Occasional travel for recruiting events or vendor meetings may be requiredThis position may require the ability to work in various locations on resortPhysical Demands & Working Conditions
