Responsibilities
- Evaluate commercial properties to assess project scope, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze project specifications and plans to create cost estimates for building, installing, and replacing commercial security systems.
- Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses necessary to complete the project.
- Develop proposals which include cost breakdowns, timelines, and project details.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.5+ years of experience in security solutions and sales or related field preferred.Estimating experience preferred but not necessary.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Occasional travel required for on-site meetings, client visits, or project-related activities.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at COA Network Inc by 2x.
