Job description
Singer Industrial is actively looking to hire a Marketing & Design Specialist within the Marketing department. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s or associate degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field, with 3-6 years of experience. Responsibilities will include supporting company’s marketing strategy through design and brand consistency, responsibility of creating content for use in print advertisements, brochures / flyers, websites, social media, emails, and more.

The Marketing & Design Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class marketing program. In addition;
Responsibilities :
- This position will be responsible for executing a broad variety of marketing functions including print materials, digital artwork, tradeshow / event support & coordination .
- This person will work closely with sales, internal departments, and vendors to produce high quality designs in a timely manner.
- Branding : Adhere to and align with brand guidelines for Singer Industrial and the various brands owned and / or managed under the Singer Industrial umbrella.
- Digital Materials : Create engaging digital campaigns that include social media graphics, web banners, blog graphics and email campaigns.
- Print Materials : Create captivating sales enablement flyers, catalogs, brochures and more.
- Campaign Management : Schedule and deploy digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms. Work with external vendors for ordering and billing of print materials to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Signage : Create exterior store signage, vehicle wraps, banners, displays and point of purchase materials.
- Tradeshows / Events : Assist and support tradeshow and event / conference activities through display design.
- Company Use : Design internal forms, letters, business card s and other supporting documents.
- Extensive communication and attention to detail required with cross-functional teams, sales team members, and print vendors.
- Work closely with requester to define requirements and timeline .
- Partner with appropriate departments to ensure marketing collateral is meeting their needs and goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and staying updated with design trends.
- Maintain organization of graphic files and assets for projects.
- Other projects and tasks assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
