Senior Business Analyst Business Systems Reengineering, Data Analysis & Process Optimization

Austin, Texas (Hybrid)

Required Skills :

• 8+ years reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
• 8+ years thorough understanding of business analysis areas of knowledge and associated tasks.
• 8+ years participating in software development reviews and providing analytical support to design and testing teams.
• 8+ years performing or participating in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• 8+ years planning and organizing work to meet goals and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• 8+ years thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• 8+ years strong verbal and written communication skills with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Business process reengineering and applying technology to improve business effectiveness.
• Familiarity with standard process mapping and reengineering practices.
• Preparing solution options, risk analysis, and financial evaluations (ROI, cost / benefit, buy / build).
• Documenting user needs, program functions, and steps to develop or modify systems.
• 8+ years managing complex tasks independently with judgment, creativity, and latitude.
• 5+ years serving as a liaison between business and IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain).
• Strong experience as a Data Analyst and Business Analyst in requirements gathering and technical understanding.
• Project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
