Affiliate & Community Manager (Mid–Level)
Europerfumes is hiring for a hands-on role to lead affiliate and creator programs and to grow our community around a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands. You will be the main point of contact and will set the plan, run the work, and grow your impact over time. The job mixes partner management, campaign building, day-to-day program care, and representing the brand at events and in the industry.
You will own
- The plan and calendar for affiliate, creator, and community work with clear goals for revenue and margin.
- The partner lifecycle : finding and vetting talent, negotiating terms and contract agreements, writing simple instruction brief(s), reviewing and tracking content, and improving performance.
- Daily platform work in GRIN, AWIN and SHOPIFY : setup, links and codes, commission validations, tracking, and clean setup and upkeep.
- Campaigns : gifting and seeding, paid partnerships, timelines, and making sure creative stays on brand.
- Reporting : weekly results with simple by-group comparisons (by join month, channel, or campaign), partner grouping by performance, and clear next steps.
- Budget : plan and track spend across commissions, fees, product allocation, and events with accurate records.
- Community : ambassador tiers, insider lists, training sessions, and small campaigns or events that turn interest into loyalty.
- Working with e-commerce, brand managers, creative, and operations so inventory, timing, and messaging line up.
- Being the brand face at events, meetups, and partner meetings and growing a strong network in beauty and fragrance. Occasional evening or weekend events; limited travel for key launches or trade shows.
- Simple processes and a playbook so the program scales smoothly as results grow.
What makes you successful here
3 years in affiliate, creator, or community marketing with results in beauty, fragrance, or luxury e-commerce.Comfortable in GRIN and AWIN and familiar with Shopify workflows and credit for sales by channel.Evidence that you can build a partner portfolio and lift return on investment by improving the mix and the work, not just adding volume.Organized and reliable. Trackers, links, codes, invoices, and calendars are accurate and up to date.Strong communicator who can brief creators with clear, simple instructions, collaborate across teams, and present to leadership.Comfortable meeting people and networking. An existing partner network is a plus.The expected base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 , based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
