Regional Maintenance Manager

The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance process within their assigned territory. This will include managing direct reports and the daily execution of the work order process following the established Brandywine Homes USA policies and procedures. The employee is required to be well versed in the management of maintenance work orders and the management of maintenance staff for single family homes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Ensure the staff reviews analyzes and dispatches maintenance work orders through the system including resident and vendor communication
• Reviewing and approving work orders and supporting the maintenance team with escalated situations
• Process review and development.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders are handled in a timely manner
• Review negotiate and approve estimates from third party vendors
• Periodically review process and refine as needed to improve team performance
• Manage maintenance tech schedules and ensure KPIs are being met or exceeded
• Oversee performance management of personnel including creating corrective actions mentoring development and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure work orders are closed and processed correctly
• Process and approve invoices for all completed jobs.
• Assist in onboarding and training third party vendors to Brandywine Homes system and policies and ensure adherence to these policies.
• Interview potential new employees

SCHEDULE :

This is a hybrid position that works Monday - Friday from 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM but requires flexibility. First 30 days in office for training.
