As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible on property. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to deescalate situations and support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and / or the appropriate client contact.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Support the overall security-related operations of the location by maintaining a visible presence and providing assistance to employees and visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Experience with access control systems and / or badge operations is preferred.

Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
