Peraton is seeking an exceptional Senior Director to shape the strategy and execution of acquisitions, contracts, and supply chain operations across a high-impact federal aviation program. You'll drive contract strategy, supplier performance, and risk management while influencing C-suite decisions and building strong relationships with federal and industry partners.

In this position, you will :

• Lead contract strategy development and execution to meet program objectives.
• Oversee pre-award and post-award processes including proposals, negotiations, and modifications.
• Provide technical guidance to contract and supply chain teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate across functional teams and represent Peraton with clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with federal acquisition laws, regulations, and trade policies.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and supply chain risks while supporting business continuity.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
