Overview
RR Donnelley is adding a Presentation Designer to their team!
In this role, you will be responsible for creating templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams for high-level clients - primarily using PowerPoint and secondly Adobe Creative Suite software. Presentations will range from RFPs to Company's pitches and any internal materials.
1st Shift Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda
- Import and revise graphics files as necessary
- Create and edit multi-page / multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print / design projects
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects
- Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool
- Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates
- Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines
- Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion
- Handle sensitive and / or confidential documents and information
- Train new employees on policies and procedures
- Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues
- Assist with monthly metrics and reporting
- May work with motion graphics and multimedia work
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in area of business, or equivalent experience requiredAt least 2 years of professional presentation or graphic design experienceHigh proficiency knowledge of PowerPointProficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Experience with charting in excelRequired Skills

RRD\'s current salary range for this role is $51,400 to $76,100 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
